Campus Ministry
Overview
The words from the Mission and Philosophy of Notre Dame High School are the foundation of the work of the Campus Ministry Office. So that the spirit behind these words can remain alive and dynamic, it is the work of this office to offer opportunities of prayer, reflection and service so that each person who is part of the Notre Dame family can grow in mind and heart.
God has made a Covenant with us, the Lord's people, promising to remain faithful to us all at all times; in return, God invites us to remain faithful by loving God, others and self, imitating God's love for us. The Holy Spirit and the Sacraments, especially Eucharist, are the gifts that help us to keep our part of the Covenant.
In the spirit of Jesus, an annual retreat is required of every student each year he attends Notre Dame High School. This is an opportunity to "step back" from life and listen to what God has to say to us. Every retreat includes prayer, reflection, interaction and Eucharist.
