Some members of the Class of 2008 rode their bikes to NDHS on the last full day of the 2007-2008 school year.

On June 29th, 4,637 American flags representing each military personnel killed in Iraq and Afghanistan to date were installed in the lawn in front of Notre Dame High School. On July 3rd at 6 pm, NDHS will honor all veteran & active U.S. military at Mass.

At Notre Dame High School on June 29th, nearly 80 people, including students, faculty, staff, alumni and parents installed 4,637 American flags to represent each military personnel who has been killed in Iraq & Afghanistan to date.

On June 29th, American flags will be installed in the lawn on Dempster Street. Beginning at 10 am, 4,613 flags, representing military personnel killed in Afghanistan & Iraq to date, will be installed by students & volunteers.

All United States veterans & active military personnel are invited to attend "Notre Dame High School Honors All Who Have Served" on Thurs., July 3rd at 6 pm Mass at the football stadium.

"Notre Dame Honors All Who Have Served" will be held on Thursday, July 3rd at 6 pm beginning with Mass. All veteran and active United States military personnel are invited to participate. This free event will end at 7:30 pm & includes a musical salute.

Anyone who is helping with the installation of the American flags on June 29th at 10 am is asked to bring a hammer and a six-inch Phillips head screwdriver similar to the one pictured above. This kind of screwdriver works best for installing the flags.
