2007-2008 Student Aid Form

The 2007-2008 Student Aid Form (.pdf) is now available. Parents can download a copy and complete the form by hand or utilize the interactive .pdf format option and type right onto the form. Application deadline is February 11th, 2008. The application form for incoming Freshman is February 19th, 2008. To obtain an application from Private School Aid Service (PSAS) online, click here. Notre Dame High School's code for PSAS is 2327.
