Young Alumni Program
Mission
The Young Alumni Program (YAP) creates a forum for recent Notre Dame graduates to bridge the gap with their Alma Mater. The YAP, a branch of Notre Dame's Alumni Association, provides a staple of support for young alumni to continue the mission of Notre Dame through networking events, fundraising and other programs. “Alumni Perspective Seminar” Featured College, Leadership Events
Alumni participated in the first-ever Alumni Perspective Seminar, part of the Lifetime Learning Seminar Series, at Notre Dame on the morning of Wednesday, January 9, 2008. Young Alumni Scholarship
Congratulations to Michael Mendoza, the first recipient of the Young Alumni Scholarship. From some of the funds raised from the Young Alumni Golf Outing, this scholarship provides a graduating senior $500 to help offset the costs of books and supplies for college. The graduating senior must demonstrate how four years at Notre Dame has assisted him in his development as a Gentlemen of Mary.
Young Alumni Golf Outing – June 23, 2007
Nearly 75 golfers participated in the First Annual Young Alumni Golf Outing which was held on June 23, 2007at Rob Roy Country Club. A great time was had by all the golfers who raised $1,500 to benefit scholarships and programs at Notre Dame High School.
